Meeting Your Individual Needs
Many people initially seek our help due to pain. We cater our approach to suit your particular goals and your body’s needs. Most of our patients understand the value that chiropractic care can bring to their life in the long term and choose to become wellness patients for life, visiting periodically to stay healthy.
What Is Chiropractic Care?
We offer a system of health care based on the scientific fact that your body heals itself. Think of it: when you get a paper cut, your body starts the healing process immediately. Similarly, you’re able to mend a broken bone or recover from an injury. These inborn abilities are all thanks to your body’s nerve system, which is protected by your spine. When your spine is out of position, the body is unable to heal itself. By returning you to a state of balance and alignment, you can enjoy the best possible health.

An Adjustment? I Didn’t Even Know What It Was.
All I knew was that my neck hurt and I had headaches. My brother had a friend who was a chiropractor. I’d tried everything else and nothing worked, so I was ready to take a chance and made my first appointment. As I followed the chiropractor’s care plan and recommendations, I felt astonished by how quickly my headaches began to disappear. To think that a misaligned vertebra in my neck could make that much of a difference in my health blew me away. From that point, I knew what I wanted to do in life – help people achieve optimal health through chiropractic care.
A Dedication to the Natural Healing Profession
I’m one of 11 children, all of whom were high academic achievers. My family was filled with people in traditional professions: lawyers, college administrators, a nurse, pharmacist, physical therapist, police officer, financial planner, computer consultant and so on. Going to school for something “different” was bound to draw some skepticism. But I knew what I was meant to do, and my commitment was strong.I was in my junior year at Nazareth College when I had my first chiropractic experience. I graduated from there in 1993 and enrolled at New York Chiropractic College. I’d thought my undergraduate years were tough and had no idea what awaited me there! The classes were long, difficult and demanded untold amounts of time and energy. I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1997. With my strong family background and thorough education, I learned to subscribe to a simple practice philosophy: treat each patient as I would a member of my family. Not just with clinical excellence, but the value and respect I’d give my loved ones.
Outside of the Office
On my days off, you can find me staying active or spending time with my wife Jennifer and our three beautiful children: Bailey, Seamus and Myra. I’m an avid runner, doing so 5-6 times per week for 4-6 miles each time. I love most sports, especially basketball, which I played in college and still participate in with local leagues.
